## Lavarage Affiliates Program

**Affiliate Trading Fees Rebate**

Affiliates are entitled to a % rebate based on the aggregate Borrowed Amount of the Affiliate’s Referees, as outlined below:

**\*** Minimum 10 SOL aggregate Borrowed Amount per calendar month by the referees to qualify for this program.

**\*\*** % fee rebate payout is calculated based on aggregate Borrowed Amount (SOL) of referees per calendar month.

**E.g.** if aggregate Borrowed Amount is 5,000 SOL for the month of November, the % fee rebate will be 50% of Borrow Fees. The % fee rebate is calculated at the end of November and paid out in SOL within 7 working days thereafter.

### **Affiliate New User BONUS**

An Affiliate will earn the following rewards for every eligible referred user (“Referee”):

| Referee\*         | BONUS\*\*       |
| ----------------- | --------------- |
| First 250 referee | $10 per Referee |
| 250+ referee      | $8 per Referee  |

**\*** Minimum 20 Referees to qualify for BONUS. Only Referees with Borrowed Amount of at least 1 SOL in total after signup are qualified referees for this scheme.

&#x20;**\*\*** The BONUS payout calculation is based on the number of qualified referees of each band e.g.: if there are 500 qualified referees signed up, the first 250 will be paid $10 per referee and the remaining 250 will be paid $8 per referee. BONUS is calculated at the end of the calendar month and paid out in SOL within 7 days thereafter.

**Note 1:** The Affiliate New User BONUS and the Affiliate Trading Fees Rebate are mutually inclusive and rewards are paid out when the conditions of each Part are met.

**Note 2:** The Affiliate Program cannot be used in conjunction with the Referral Program

## Lavarage “Refer-a-friend” (Referral) Program

Referrers shall be entitled to the following commissions

| No. of referees        | % commission\* |
| ---------------------- | -------------- |
| < 10 Referees          | 25%            |
| 10th Referee and above | 35%            |

**\*** Payout commission is a % of the open fees charged on the Referees for first 90 days after signup and subject to change thereafter.
